Is this different from ChatGPT?
Absolutely. While Kua.ai leverages the same foundational technology from OpenAI as ChatGPT, we've integrated our own specialized solutions tailored to meet the distinct needs of e-commerce sectors.
Can I customize generations for my Product and brand?
Certainly. You can upload relevant content to the  Infobase, and then effortlessly reference it using the "#" symbol while crafting product descriptions that align with your brand's tone and voice.
Is there a free trial available?
Absolutely! We offer a free version for you to try out. If you'd like to unlock all the advanced features, we recommend upgrading to our paid subscription plan.
How do you count one AI Chat/ Template?
Using AI Chat for a conversation incurs a cost of one AI Chat usage. Similarly, if you use the Template Application, each time you click the 'AI Generate' button, it will count as one AI template usage. An AI Chat is equivalent to a Template Application usage, as both require one AI QA (question and answer) conversation to produce the result.
What are AI workflow credits?
Using an AI workflow incurs costs in the form of credits, known as AI workflow credits. The number of credits required varies depending on the complexity of an AI workflow. For simplicity, consider that each step in a workflow incurs a cost of roughly one credit. Examples of these steps include the use of large language models, internet searches, scanning websites, accessing Google Search Data APIs, querying Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) data, generating images, and more. Consequently, the greater the number of steps in a workflow, the more credits it will require.

Some steps in an AI workflow application may involve higher costs and thus might incur charges exceeding a single credit. For instance, accessing Amazon Brand Analytics (ABA) data requires more than one credit. Similarly, generating certain types of high-quality images will also cost more than one credit.
What does "300 AI images per month" mean?
This allows you to generate 300 images each month. Please note that for certain image applications, clicking the 'Generate' button will produce two images simultaneously. This means you have the ability to click the 'Generate' button up to 150 times per month.

What does "1GB storage" mean?
The platform stores generated content, including documents and images, for your workspace up to a maximum of 1GB. Content can only be retained on the platform if there is available space. Content that exceeds this limit will cause older content to be overwritten by newer content, resulting in the loss of the overwritten material.
What does "2 store integrations per platform (Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Amazon and Webflow)" mean?
Kua.ai enables the integration of e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WordPress, WooCommerce, Amazon, and WebFlow with Kua.ai accounts. This integration facilitates the synchronization of content from these platforms to Kua.ai, and enables the publication of AI-generated content back to the respective platforms.
In Solopreneur Plan, users can integrate up to 2 accounts from each of these platforms with Kua.ai. For example, users could integrate 2 Shopify accounts, 2 WordPress accounts, 2 WooCommerce accounts, 2 Amazon accounts, and 2 Webflow accounts, amounting to a total of 10 integrated accounts.
Can I change my plan later?
Absolutely, you can! If you've purchased the Basic plan, you can upgrade by navigating to the top-right corner of the product and selecting "Profile" > "Settings" > "Manage Subscription." Please note that downgrading to the Basic plan is not possible if you've purchased the Professional plan.
How does billing work?
The subscription duration is calculated on an yearly / monthly basis starting from the day of your purchase. The number of monthly uses is also updated on a monthly cycle.
What is your cancellation policy?
We offer a 7-day no-questions-asked refund policy. If the product doesn't meet your expectations, simply send your account details to service@kua.ai, and we'll process your refund.
